EZ-Link Cards for Children Available at TransitLink Ticket Offices
by: Gabriel Tan

Hi Manpreet

you may buy EZ-Link Cards for children at any TransitLink Ticket Offices found at MRT Stations and Bus Interchanges.

If your children are Singapore Citizens or PRs, the birth certificates of your children are not required. But your NRIC has to be produced when you buy the cards.

If your children are not Singapore Citizens or PRs, you need to take your children's passports (or photocopies) with you when you buy the cards.

The Child EZ-Link Card may be used until:

a. 30 April of the year in which the child turns 7 years old, or

b. the child enters primary school.

Students' EZ-Link Card From School
by: Gabriel Tan

The Students' EZ-Link Card is incorporated as the School Smartcard. This card is issued to a student through his/her school.

If you have lost your School Smartcard, you should call Transit Link's Hotline (1800 2255 663) to report the loss of card and find out how you may get a new one.

Is that we can use EZ-link to purchase items?
by: Kuthi le Kaipan

Can we use the EZ-link card to purchase items in NTUC shops exm: Fairprice?

Not many shops in Singapore accept the EZ Link card for payments.

Fairprice has a loyalty programme through the Link card - you accumulate points for freebies, etc.

This is different from the EZ Link card.
