Honeymoon Tour to Singapore
5 Amazing Days of My Life!

I had been on a Honeymoon Tour to Singapore all on our own. It was our first trip outside India, but this website helped me lot in preparing myself for the tour (it was our honeymoon for god sake and there are very little space for screwing up...:D)
Day 1 - Landed in Singapore and did Singaporians fav thing, Shop and Eat. We went to various spots like Bugis Junction, Orchard Road... Hunted a few food courts (Kopitiams)... Had Chicken Rice, Chicken Satay and had a good night sleep.
Day 2 - After Breakfast, Took a City tour to Suntech City Mall, Millenia Walk, Fountain of Wealth. Then took a Singapore Flyer ride and City Tour with Duck Tour (both water and land).
Had Lunch and went to Md. Mustafa Shopping Center and did some shopping and back to Hotel room for relaxing.
Day 1 I called up Equinox Restaurant and booked a table near the window (there is a premium charge of S$20 for the window seat) and today evening we dressed up in elligent Black and had The Romantic Dinner of our life time.
No Chicken served for Dinner and 1 main course is compulsory. Though we didn't enjoy the food as it did not suit our palate, we spend 3 hours of romance in the air and the bill was worth it. Keep good cash in hand :D.
Day 3 - After breakfast, took bus to Vivocity and Sentosa Express to Sentosa Island.
We covered Merlion Walk, Images of Singapore, 4D Magix, Cine Blast, Luge and Skyride, Underwater World, Dolphin Show (plz check the show times, we got 3.30PM show), Siloso Beach, Fun Ride.
We were so tired that we dropped the idea of Universal Studios and relaxed in gardens and shopped and waited for the Song of Sea (show timings are 7.40 and 8.40PM).
Book the tickets to Song of Sea in the morning as it will be very crowded and be at least 1 hour before the show time to get good seats. We got it just in the middle and it is a Show you don't want to miss...
After we returned to Vivocity, we lost our way out and finally after roaming 30 minutes, we got the entrance from where we entered...On the way back by bus we found Riverside and Clarke Quay and got down for another romantic dinner by the waters..
Day 4 - Got cramps in legs and spent morning applying tiger balm and relaxing on bed. Afternoon went to Bugis Village and did a Marathon Shopping for 5 hours and back to room.
Before leaving for the day we booked Night Safari from SH Tours and after shopping we went to Night Safari...
Awesome experience and had fun watching wildlife in the dark. A few animals were in touching distance, but predators like Tigers, Lions were kept far.
Coz of leg cramp we didn't opt for walking trail which takes around 20 min each. Instead we enjoyed the fire show which started around 8.30pm with Bongo Burgers and Ben and Jerry's awesome ice creams.
Day 5 - Went to Mustafa Centre and finished some shopping and had lunch in Little India. Checked out of Hotel around 3PM and Singapore started pouring...It was asking us not to go, but we had to catch our flight at 8pm.
We spent 4 hours in the airport, surfing the internet, playing games, having relaxing foot refloxology and again Singaporeans fav thing eat and shop.
I can prepare another 5 days itinerary with the things we couldn't do in this trip and I am definitely back to Singapore by end of 2011.
My suggestion is to go through this website at least 1 month in advance, and I can bet you....you don't need a tour guide or package tour to Singapore...Its just 617sq.km .... Half of Bangalore (India).
Imp Note:
Carry tender change (cash), Umbrella, Mosquito Repellent, Light dresses, camera with extra battery/memory card, call your loving people back home every evening, keep your eyes open while shopping and take a round before you decide to buy something and bargain...!!
Take spare bags (the bigger the better), prepare the gift list which you are going to carry back home to avoid confusion...
Believe me...women can easily get lost in Bugis Villege for more than 2 days without sleep and food...there is so much shopping to do :D:D:D
Gabriel you are awesome...Keep up the good work dude and I am back in Singapore in a years time :D.
