Travel Time: Singapore Airport to City

1. How long does it take to get from Singapore Airport to the city center by train/public transport? Or by taxi? And how much does it cost?

2. In my case, I need to get to Orchard Road before 12, but the flight arrives at 10.30. I have no luggage, so how long would it normally take to clear immigration? Will I make it in time? :)

1. Travel Time from Singapore Airport to Downtown Singapore

a. By Taxi, Maxi-cab, or Limousine Transfer: 20-40 minutes.

b. By Airport Shuttle: 30-60 minutes.

c. By MRT (City Train): 30-60 minutes.

d. By Public Bus: 45-75 minutes.

2. Time Required to Clear Immigration at Singapore Airport

Without check-in luggage, it should take you no more than 30 minutes to clear immigrations at Singapore Singapore.

I recommend that you take either the taxi or the airport shuttle. That way, you let the driver worry about taking you to the exact location.
