Is it possible to reach the Budget Terminal in 45 minutes from Terminal 1? Then I have another 45 minutes to check in.

Hi Stefan

Here are some estimates of movement time at Singapore Airport:

Terminal 1 to Terminal 2:
10 minutes by Skytrain

Terminal 2 Basement to Budget Terminal:
25 minutes by free shuttle bus
(= 10 minutes' wait + 15 minutes' travel)

So 45 minutes is a reasonable estimate for getting from Terminal 1 to Budget Terminal.
