Transit from Singapore Budget Terminal

i'm flying via cebu pacific which will arrive almost midnight and i'll be travelling the following day to johor. can i possibly stay at the transit hotel and if so, do i have to clear from immigration?

 Where to Rest (Using Singapore Budget Terminal)

Hi there

Cebu Pacific Airways arrives at Singapore Budget Terminal, which is in a separate building from the main terminals.

The transit hotels may only be used by passengers who arrive at one of the main terminals at Singapore Airport. Hence, you'd not be able to use the Transit Hotel.

There's a new hotel with the entrance at Terminal 3 - Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport. However, given that you're only resting for a few hours, this might not be the best way to spend the money.

I recommend that you take the free shuttle bus (24 hrs) to Terminal 2 and then the Skytrain (operating hours: 0500 - 0230) from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3. At Terminal 3, there's a passenger lounge facility called Plaza Premium Lounge. For S$30 per 5 hours, you get:

* comfortable sofas - just doze off here!
* free flow of hot and cold drinks
* salad bar and light snacks
* international newspapers and magazines
* shower facilities
* internet access
* free local calls

For a bit more ($30 per 3 hours), you could also use their napping facilities.

Oops! I forgot to add... Yes, you need to clear customs to get from the Budget Terminal to the main terminals.
