Here are a few worthwhile things to do in Singapore at night:
1) Singapore Night Safari
The Night Safari is open till midnight. So you'll still have sufficient time to have decent walkabout if you leave for there in a taxi by 9pm.
2) 24-Hour Night Spots in Singapore City Area
Shop at 24-hour Mustafa Centre - then culminate with a murtabak and teh tarik at one of the nearby eateries.
Or good for supper and people watch in Geylang, Singapore's other 'Chinatown'.
Else the SkyPark @ Marina Bay Sands offers a delightful panorama of the Marina Bay and CBD skyline. There are also fine dining options here.
3) Enjoy the City Skyline from a Rooftop Bar
Soak in the Marina Bay skyline from the ultimate rooftop bar - the 1-Altitude sitting at 282m atop 1 Raffles Place. Or find a quiet corner at the riverside Indochine Waterfront Restaurant, then sip a nice wine and soak up the views of the CBD overlooking the Singapore River.
