You need to pay taxes and duties on cigarettes regardless of where they come from

Hi Happy

you'll need to declare the cigarettes at the red lanes ('items-to-declare' lanes) when you clear customs.

You'll then be asked to pay taxes and duties on whatever cigarettes you take in. After that, you'll need to carry the receipts with you as proof that you've paid the duties and taxes.
