Do I require a visa to enter Singapore if I am travelling to Australia from london but on a Barbados passport? I will only be transiting to my next flight.

Singapore Visa Not Needed If You Stay in the Transit Area
by: Gabriel Tan

If you are flying from London to Australia on a single air-ticket, with only a transit stopover at Singapore Airport:

1. Your airline will likely put your luggage onto your onward flight to Australia. However, you need to verify this with your airline.

2. You don't need to clear customs at all and hence don't need a Singapore Visa.

Should you want to leave the transit area, you might like to check out this ICA webpage, which seems to suggest that Barbados passport holders don't need a visa. Please verify your entry status with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA), as I'm not their official spokesperson.
