Singapore Transit: Wine Allowance

by David
(Sydney)

Hi, I am leaving Sydney on Friday morning & will be in transit through Singapore to go to London. I think it's a 6 hr stop. My question is, how many liters of wine can I have on my person while in transit there?

Thanks in advance.

Wine Allowance @ Singapore Transit

Hi David

I don't have the answer to your question.

But I do know that you can't buy wine from outside of Sydney Airport and take it into the plane's cabin. You can only buy wine at the duty free shops after clearing immigration. These bottles will be in specially sealed plastic bags which you can take into the plane's cabin.

You'll get a clearer picture if you ask the duty-free shop at Sydney Airport.
