Singapore Transit: Transfer between Terminals

I'm arriving at Singapore Airport Terminal 1 on Turkish Airlines. I have a connecting flight to Cambodia with Singapore Airlines, departing from Terminal 2. Do I need to clear immigration and customs to go to Terminal 2 for my boarding pass?
