Singapore Transit: Perth to Chennai on Tiger Airways

I got a booking to fly from Perth to singapore via Tiger Airlines. I will reach singapore early in the morning and then, in the same day at late evening, I got a booking to fly from Singapore to Chennai via Tiger Airlines.
Both these bookings are two separate bookings one in Aussie dollars and other one in Sing dollars.
So I was wondering: will there be any dramas in getting a transit visa, because of two different bookings?
