Singapore Lantern Festival Activities 2010

| I would like to visit Singapore with my husband and 3 children in September 2010. I would be lovely to include the Singapore Lantern Festival. Our school holidays are from the 18th September for 2 weeks. Is the 22nd of September the confirmed date for the parade and festival? Will there be more information available as to what the festival offers as it gets closer to the date? Kind regards Marcia |

The lantern walk/procession will take place on Saturday, 18 Sep 2010. It starts from 7.30pm near the Outram MRT Station and will weave through the main street in Chinatown.
