Singapore Airport Transit Hotel and City Tour

We arrive in Singapore on Friday, 23 October and have a 14 hour wait for our connecting flight to Christchurch, and would like to book a day room. I see that you do not exit customs if you wish to stay at the Transit Hotel at Singapore Airport, but can you still exit the airport to do sightseeing during this long wait?

We are not sure which terminal we arrive at to be able to book a room.

A response at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated.

1. Singapore Sightseeing

You can definitely exit the airport to sightsee Singapore. Just ensure that you either have a visa in advance to enter Singapore or don't need one.

If your timing is suitable, you might want to try the free Singapore tour, though you'll enjoy more flexibility if you move around on your own.

2. Where to Book Ambassador Transit Hotel

You can get to the Transit Hotel (http://athmg.com) from the transit areas of all 3 terminals.
