Singapore Airport to Singapore Cruise Centre - Time Needed

Dear Sir
I am travelling to Singapore on the 26th of May. I will reach the Changi Airport at 2pm in the afternoon by an Emirates flight.
I have a cruise at 6pm the same day from Vivocity (Singapore Cruise Centre). I hope I will be able to finish all airport formalities and reach there in time.
