Singapore Airport Terminal 3 to Budget Terminal

I am a bit confused. On the 15th of Dec, I fly into Terminal 3 (Changi Airport) with Singapore Airlines from Perth, Western Australia.

I have about a 10 hour wait, then I leave on a Cebu Pacific flight to Cebu City the next morning from the Budget Terminal. I will have to get my bag from the Arrival Hall Terminal 3, pass customs and immigration. How do I get to Terminal 2 to get the Shuttle Bus to the Budget Terminal, if I have already passed Customs/Immigration?

Skytrains & Shuttle Buses at Singapore Airport

Hi Mark

1. After clearing immigration checks, collect your checked-in baggage.

2. Then take the Skytrain from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2, where you take the escalator to the Basement level for the shuttle bus to Budget Terminal.
