Singapore Airport Tax

Hi, just want to know the cost of airport tax at Singapore Airport(a.k.a terminal fee). I'll be spending a short vacation there this coming June 2-4. Thanks.

2 Different Types of Singapore Airport Tax

Hi Kristine

The airport tax at Singapore Airport Main Terminals is different from that at Singapore Budget Terminal.

Effective from 1 Jan 2009...

Departing from Singapore Airport Terminals 1, 2 or 3

1. Passenger Service Charge (PSC) = S$20

2. Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC) = $8

Total 'Airport Tax' at Terminals 1, 2 and 3
= PSC + PSSC = S$28

Departing from Singapore Budget Terminal

(currently used by Tiger Airways & Cebu Pacific Air)

1. Passenger Service Charge (PSC) = S$7

2. Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC) = $8

Total 'Airport Tax' at Singapore Budget Terminal
= PSC + PSSC = S$15

Other Charges

In your final airfare, you'll usually see these additional charges as well:

1. Booking fee (Internet or through agent)

2. Fuel surcharge (Varies according to destination)
