Refining a 2 Day Singapore Tour Itinerary

Can you guys comment on my itinerary for 2 days:

Changi to Accomodation
Night Safari
Orchard
DAY 2:
Orchard
Merlion
Esplanade
Flyer
Fountain of Wealth
Flight to Kuala Lumpur @ 11PM
DAY 3:
Kuala Lumpur
DAY 4:
Flight from KL to SIN @ 8 AM
Universal Studios
Sentosa ( Luge & Skyride / 4D MAGIX / SILOSO & PALAWAN BEACH / SONGS OF THE SEA)
Flight back home @ 1:30 AM

1. In my opinion, this is a rather ambitious itinerary that may leave you with little time to enjoy your tour properly.
2. You effectively have 3 full days of touring to enjoy.
If you add the 1-day trip to KL, you are effectively losing 9-12 hours of your waking hours just for airport-hotel transfers and airport wait time. (You have 3 airport-hotel transfers!)
I would think it's better if you just spend your time fully in Singapore, or fully in Kuala Lumpur.
3. Refining your daily Singapore tour itinerary:
Day 1:
Just go to the Night Safari and forget about hitting Orchard Road after that, unless you want to just chill out at a hotel bar or late-night pub.
Day 2:
Day 2 looks OK to me. But be warned that some visitors have spent more than a day shopping on Orchard Road, and still ran out of time.
Day 3:
I love visiting Malaysia. But I think going through all the hassle just for a day in KL is not worth your while.
Day 4:
Visiting Universal Studios plus the other Sentosa sights you listed in one day will be too hectic.
You might want to spend the larger part of the day at Universal Studios, and enjoy the Sentosa Luge and Songs of the Sea after dinner.
