Plane Transfer at Singapore Airport - Time Needed?

My plane would arrive at 0250am to Singapore. My connecting flight to Macau is 0605am.
Do you thing I have enough time for customs and baggage collection and checking-in for my next flight.
And is there a connecting door from the arrival to departure area? Without me going out? Or do I need to go out? And is it far?
