Where: Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre, Unit 201

This is a new stall, relocated from their old stall at Bukit Panjang. Here they have very good Penang Char Koay Teow, to die for! Authentic.

Speak to them in Penang Hokkien because they are from Penang. Any more authentic, you have to go Penang for the air...lol

Best Char Koay Teow, Penang style

I've tried this finally. They moved to a row behind at unit 193. The char koay teow is fantastic, the right wok hei aroma, and no sweet sauce. It is a real penang style, compared with others who claim they serve Penang char koay teow but still use sweet sauce..ugh..

i recommend this as the best so far! Price is reasonable, no need to eat at buffet or restaurant price too. realize that so many ppl actually know about this place and hide it as their own gem find...selfish ler. they fry their koay teow one plate at a time, max two... yummy
