I'm a local resident. My friend will transit in Singapore. Can I meet her in the Transit Hotel without a ticket?

No Entry to Transit Area Without Boarding Pass

You cannot access the Transit Hotel - or any where else in the transit area - without a valid boarding pass.

Resident with valid ticket

Hi,
I am a local resident. Can I stay overnight at the transit hotel if I have a boarding pass for the flight leaving the following morning?
