Manila to Singapore to Bangkok and Back to Manila

Hi, I'm a Filipino and I would like to visit/tour Singapore and Bangkok. Is it possible for me to have one way ticket to Singapore and my return ticket to Manila is via Bangkok? I'd like to take a plane from Singapore to Bangkok before returning to Manila.
Is this possible? Help please. Thanks!
