Is the Crowne Plaza Hotel after one goes through customs? If so, how far is from customs to the hotel?

Crowne Plaza Hotel Accessible from Terminal 3 Level 1

Hi Joan

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is in the public area of the airport. Arriving passengers need to clear immigration/customs checks before they can get to the hotel.

The hotel is accessible from Level 1 of Terminal 3. If you arrive at Terminal 3, you may get to the hotel in less than 5 minutes after arrival clearance.

If you arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, you may take the free Skytrain to Terminal 3. Skytrain trips should take no longer than 10 minutes including waiting time.

There appear to be 2 Skytrain stops at Terminal 3, B and C. Which is the correct one for Crowne Plaza?

One of the Skytrains operates the transit area; the other operates in the public area.

As the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is in the public area, you should take the Skytrain that plies the public area.
