Immigration Clearance at Singapore Budget Terminal (No Luggage)

| We don't have any check in luggage when we arrive in Singapore Budget Terminal. Do we need to clear immigration there? Can we take the free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 without clearing immigration? We will get in after midnight and try to stay in Ambassador Transit Hotel - is that possible? Thanks for your time!! |
Hi Jen
1) You need to clear immigration checks at the Budget Terminal to get to Terminal 2. The 2 buildings are separate.
2) The Transit Hotel is in the restricted part of the airport. You may use the Transit Hotel only if the airline of your onward flight allows 24-hour or early check in. Otherwise, you'll just have to make do with resting at the 24/7 eateries in the public area, until the check in counters open.
