Many guests describe this hotel as 'comfort on a budget'. Most find that the hotel provides 'good value'.
They like the fact that the hotel is just a short walk to the restaurants and cheap eateries in Little India - lots of vegetarian food and curries there.
Guests also find the reception staff polite and helpful with directions and Singapore travel tips.
A few, however, felt that there was a shower screen to prevent water from splashing onto the dry area in the bathroom.

- If you have heavy luggage, take either the taxi (about $20 per taxi) or airport shuttle ($9 per person) from the airport to the hotel's doorstep. The MRT is within walking distance, but not very feasible if you have heavy luggage.
