GST Refund: What to Do if I Have Lost the Voucher

I bought a Panasonic camera in Singapore at Vivo City. I paid by credit card. I have lost the bill and the gst refund coupon that I got with it.

I am leaving singapore in 2 days. Please tell me how to get a refund. Can I ask for duplicate bill and gst refund coupon again.

Call the Shop. Request Re-issue of Receipt and GST Refund Voucher.

Hi Gaurav

this is what I'd suggest:

1. Call the shop and ask if they could re-issue a receipt and GST refund voucher based on your credit card number.

2. If they can, see if it's worthwhile to go back to the shop and collect the documents.

I hope you get a re-issue and claim your Singapore Tourist GST Refund.
