Free Vegetarian Food in Singapore

We are in the midst of a global recession. So I thought I'd share about free vegetarian food in Singapore.
The most generous vegetarian food is probably served at the Singapore Buddhist Lodge (Address: 17-19 Kim Yam Road).
4 times a day, and everyday, free vegetarian buffets are served at the Buddhist Lodge. Dishes include bee hoon (rice vermicelli), porridge, curry cabbage, toufu and many other types of vegan dishes.
These free treats are made possible by:
1. devotees and well-wishers who donate cash or ingredients such as rice, noodles, cooking oil, etc, and
2. a team of full-time cooks and many volunteers.
While anyone may enjoy the free vegetarian food, donations to the Singapore Buddhist Lodge are welcome.
