EZ Link Fare is Shown on the MRT and Bus Consoles
by: Gabriel Tan

Hi Santapps

I'm afraid you cannot see the value remaining on your EZ Link Card online.

After your rides on the MRT and public buses, the fare deducted and the remaining value in your EZ Link Card is shown on:

1. MRT turnstile (at MRT exit) if you have taken the train, and

2. EZ-Link Card Reader (at bus exit) if you have taken the bus.

Alternatively, you can check the value remaining in your EZ Link Card at the Add Value Machines at MRT stations and bus interchanges.

Before the system is able to check the fare details through online.. just give the details of Ez link card No., that time can get the fare details for the last 10 travelling ( To & Fro ).

ya everybody knew how to see the fare details in the MRT exit & checking machine and SBS bus exit point.

Ex : An employee can get the fare details online, He/she travelled for his/her office work, they can claim the reimbursement to his employer ( if applicable )

The Best Known Way to Get Around this Problem?
by: Gabriel Tan

Hi

I now understand why you'd want to check the transaction history online. Yes, I think it's a way to provide evidence for reimbursement.

Perhaps an employee claiming reimbursement could:

1. show employer the receipts for any top up on the EZ Link Card,

2. seek help from the service counter personnel at MRT stations and bus interchanges - see if they could print the transaction history for you.

The EZ Link Card is being upgraded at the moment by the administrators. So there might be some changes to the way they present EZ Link Card transactions.

If and when I find out how to print out EZ Link Card transaction, I'd post it here. Actually anyone who knows is welcome to share with us...
