Do you know if they allow extra baggage allowance for returning students from Boston to Singapore on British Airways?

Airlines' Baggage Allowance Usually Fixed

Hi Chiew Ping

passenger baggage allowance are normally fixed by the airlines. Typical baggage allowance follows:

1. Economy class: 20kg

2. Business class: 30kg

3. First class: 40kg

Extra baggage allowance is only given to student travellers under very unusual circumstances, e.g. during student airfare promotions.

It's definitely cheaper to freight (sea/air) your extra luggage back to Singapore than to take them as excess baggage on your flight.
