Deepavali Fireworks at Farrer Park

Recent years during Deepavali season, the open field near Mustafa do have fireworks. But no idea the actual date and time. Hope any Indian friend might know, do post up the info.

Date for Deepavali 2008 Fireworks

Dear all

I've found out when the Deepavali 2008 Fireworks will take place:

Time:
11.59pm on 26 Oct 2008
(Note: 27 Oct 2008 is Deepavali Holiday)

Place:
On Race Course Road near Little India MRT Station

Also, there'll be a Countdown Concert starting at 8pm, featuring stars from India and local station Vasantham Central.
