Check In Procedures at Singapore Airport and Overseas

Hi, I have booked my flight on Jetstar website. I will be flying to Philipines in a few days time. I understand that i must check in at Changi airport to be issued my boading pass for boarding the plane to Philippines.
What I want to find out is: on the day that I am returning to Singapore, must I check in AGAIN at the aiport at Philippines to receive my boarding pass? Or both boarding pass will be issued during my check in at Changi Airport?
Please help. Thank you!
