Take the Airport Shuttle for S$9

Hi Abegail

1. You could take the free inter-terminal shuttle from Singapore Budget Terminal to Singapore Airport Terminal 2.

At the Arrival Hall of Terminal 2, take the Airport Shuttle to your hotel in town. The Airport Shuttle leaves about every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours.

It costs $9 per adult and $6 per child (<12). You can consider this the 'cheapest taxi from Singapore Budget Terminal'.

2. There's also a queue for normal metered taxis outside the Singapore Budget Terminal. A trip to the city costs S$15-25 depending on time of day and destination.
