If I'm arriving at Singapore Budget Terminal from Cebu Pacific at 10am, can I get the 11.40am Air Asia flight to Kuala Lumpur? Is 1 1/2 hours sufficient for immigration arrival and departure to KL?

Take It Easy. Give Yourself More Time.

Hi May

That's a risky thing to do - giving yourself only 1.5 hours between separate flights. You have to give yourself more time.

You should always factor in flight delays - which are quite common among budget airlines. A 3- to 4-hour gap would be better but even then I've experienced delays of up to 4 hours while travelling with a certain budget airline, which shall remain nameless here.
