Each hotel buffet in Singapore is different from the next. But here are 3 of my favourites. All have great spreads of international and local food.

Highlights

Does not have the widest variety of food but everything here is of great quality.
Free flow of fresh fruit juice, e.g. mango, pink guava, apple juices; self serve from bottles chilled in crushed ice.
To-die-for desserts and pastries - you'd wish you had 2 stomachs!

Great roast meats for lunch and dinner buffets.
High Tea: Life prawns cooked right before your eyes. Have some in a bowl of prawn noodles.
Gets my vote for the best buffet in Singapore!

Highlights

Innovative twist to local and international cuisines, e.g. durian roti prata (an aromatic fruit in Indian pancakes).
Great and interesting variety. I mean, crayfish and scallops!
Their high tea buffet is highly recommended. Probably the most generous high tea buffet in Singapore.

100% Halal. The hotel is after all owned by the Sultan of Brunei.
