A Great Place to Browse

It's been a while since I shopped at this place, but the Bras Basah Complex is a great place to browse. I used to get all my textbooks and comics there ;-)

Bras Basah Complex

My 3rd trip to Singapore is coming up in January and this place is high on my agenda. Everytime I visit I buy a large amount of books and my luggage is always overweight on my flight home.

The only reason I found this place was because we were staying across the street and to a bookworm like myself it was a gem of a discovery.

Hi Alla
thanks for giving us that perspective. It's a nice little spot, isn't it? And to think that it's so under-rated by many people.

The prices are also very good. And many continue to be surprised by those rare books you find here, especially Chinese titles.
