Can I carry on board an electronic alarm clock which is dead? It's fragile so i'd rather hand carry than put in the check-in luggage.

An Alarm Clock Should Be Fine

Hi Mak

I believe you should be able to take your alarm clock with you onto the plane. As far as I know, alarm clocks are not prohibited or restricted items.

What you can do is this: while checking in your luggage, ask the service person if your alarm clock can be brought up the plane.
