A single open pack of cigarettes

by Anup
(Bangalore)

I know you have already mentioned about getting cigarettes to Singapore, but this is the latest Customs circular http://www.customs.gov.sg/NR/rdonlyres/806059B3-FEBE-4D85-9717-C4270BE42857/21858/MediaRelease_CiggMarking10Sep08_web_.pdf

So will we now have to pay duties even for an open pack??

If yes, how much (in SGD) for a open pack (say having 18 Marlboro sticks)??

Also do we need to have a receipt for this pack which we would have bought in some other country?

Thanks in advance.
