(Hong Kong)
| Hi! I want to plan a 5-day Singapore tour itinerary for Singapore. Would you help with it? I, my husband and sons aged 4.5 and 9. Total 4 people. If I arrange the schedule as below, is it possible? Day 1 : Arrival, Hotel, Singapore Flyer, Night Safari (Fri) Day 2 : Singapore Zoo, Shopping in Singapore (Sat) Day 3 : Malaysia (Sun) Day 4 : Sentosa Island (Unversal Studios, etc) (Mon) Day 5 : Shopping, Airport(evening) (Tue) Can you suggest any tour agent for the day trip (Singapore to Malaysia)? Any suggestions for my itinerary? My kids are very active. We will stay in Orchard Road. Thank you! |
Hi Florence
(1) Singapore Zoo & Night Safari
The Night Safari is just next door to the Singapore Zoo. So it might be a better arrangement if you plan to visit the Singapore Zoo(afternoon) and the Night Safari(evening) on the same day.
It's quite warm in Singapore year-long. So if you think this will tire your children, then visit the 2 animal parks on separate day.
(2) Suggested 5-Day Singapore Tour Itinerary
Here's a little change to your Singapore tour itinerary you might want to make:
Day 1 : Arrival, Hotel, Singapore Flyer, Shopping at nearby Marina Bay malls:
a) Millenia Walk
b) Marina Square
c) Suntec City Mall
Day 2 : Shopping on Orchard Road, Singapore Zoo & Night Safari (Sat)
Day 3 : Malaysia Day Trip (Johor or Malacca)(Sun)
Day 4 : Sentosa Island (Unversal Studios, etc)
Spend the earlier and larger part of the day at Universal Studios. Then take your kids to one or all of the following:
a) Sentosa Luge and Skyride
b) Sentosa MegaZip
c) The Flying Trapeze
d) Gogreen Segway Eco Adventure
These soft-adventure activities on Sentosa are great for active children and are guaranteed to work off their excess energy. ;-)
Day 5 : Shopping, Airport(evening)
(3) Singapore-Malaysia Day Tour
Do you have any place in mind for your Malaysia day trip? If you could provide more specific information, I could offer better suggestions. Meanwhile, here are some ideas for organising a day trip from Singapore to Malaysia.
Have a good Singapore-Malaysia tour.
