You could arrange your tour in Singapore this way:
DAY 1 - UNIVERSAL STUDIOS & NIGHT SAFARI
After checking in to your hotel (or leaving your luggage there first), you could make your way to Universal Studios Singapore (Sentosa).
Have dinner at Resorts World Sentosa. After that, take a taxi - the most convenient transport option here - to the Night Safari.
DAY 2 - ROMANTIC DAY ON SENTOSA ISLAND
You could follow this itinerary and enjoy a romantic day on Sentosa Island.
Note: Day 2's itinerary recommends a spa/massage treatment. If you're not into this type of things, you could instead enjoy one of the following:
a) Ride the MegaZip - descend to the beach from a high point on Sentosa Island.
b) Try the Flying Trapeze on Siloso Beach.
c) Surf the artificial waves at the Wave House Sentosa.
