2 and Half Day Singapore Tour (Family with Kids)

Help me plan my visit to Singapore with my husdand and two children (6yrs & 3yrs).

On wednesday 12.00am we reach the hotel in Orchard Road.

We plan to visit Sentosa and Universal Studios. Please advice me how to get back to hotel at night from Sentosa (we dont plan to take the tour package).

I am having almost 2 and half days to spend in Singapore. Please help. How can we travel in Singapore - buses or trains? Advice please.

I need some clarifications before I proceed to answer your Singapore travel questions:

1) Please confirm that you are arriving at 12 midnight? Or are you arriving at 12 noon?

2) Go through the travel suggestions at this website & elsewhere. Then use the 'post comment' link below to say (apart from Universal Studios and Sentosa):

a) things your family would like to do, and

b) places your family would like to see.

Otherwise, it's very difficult to tell you what transport to take in a vacuum.
